At Vega Helmets, we want you to ride with confidence and the perfect fit. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in new, unused condition with all original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the helmet in its original protective bag and box, ensuring all tags are attached and the visor film remains intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
